Our mission is to educate researchers and professionals who can examine and develop business and management strategies that support sustainability through an interdisciplinary perspective.

The program's research directions include leadership and organizational management, human resource management, the sustainability aspects of marketing, and business decision-making, as well as the financial dimensions of sustainability. Doctoral candidates will also engage in research on corporate social responsibility, environmental and social impact assessments, and the sustainability implications of innovation and digitalization. Among the research priorities, special attention is given to sustainability issues in agriculture and the food industry, considering their strategic importance and environmental impact. The program encourages topics that contribute to the green transition, improve resource efficiency, and promote social well-being.
