Graduates will be equipped with the ability to analyze, plan, organize, and manage work processes in both the private and public sectors.
They will be capable of identifying, analyzing, and solving newly emerging problems while applying knowledge related to individual and organizational learning, as well as leveraging their innovation and creative thinking abilities. Additionally, they will have the necessary knowledge to continue their studies in a doctoral program.
