The Master of Science in Applied Quantitative Methods and Social Analysis is an interdisciplinary degree that: 

  • Educates ambitious social scientists and with the computational tools needed for social analysis
  • Combines training in quantitative research methods and social analysis techniques with a specialized sequence of courses that addresses questions of equity, hierarchy, social organization, and social systems
  • Develops the next generation of experts through one of five concentrations: Data Analytics in the Social Sciences; Computational Social Science; Network Analysis in the Social Sciences; Statistical Methods in the Social Sciences; and Information Ethics

This innovative and flexible one-year program may be completed in person, online, or in a hybrid modality. With the additional opportunity to pursue an optional six-month cooperative learning experience, the degree is focused on taking your career to the next level.
