The course aims to develop proficiency and innovation in clinical psychology research and to develop advanced skills in integrating scientific knowledge into the process of psychological assessment and intervention, with an emphasis on the most recent developments in the cognitive behavioural model and its application using new technologies. The aim is for students to develop specialised knowledge in clinical psychology that contributes to the theoretical, methodological and empirical advancement of the field in the national and international context and to scientifically oriented professional practice. Students will be exposed to the diversity of theoretical developments and scientific methodologies, promoting critical thinking, scientific autonomy in the reflection process and conducting advanced research in clinical psychology. Participation in national/international research networks and the dissemination of research results to peers and the community are encouraged.
