In this context, the quality, origin and sustainability of this type of production will be increasingly considered fundamental for the consumer, industry and the market. The objective of the CdS is to train graduates who are able to design, produce and / or recover bioactive molecules of vegetable, animal, microbial and semi-synthetic origin with a cosmetic, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical interest, to optimize their properties and to characterize them from a chemical, physiological and toxicological point of view, developing their industrial applications.
