International Marketing Management and Organization (IMMO) is a two-year, English-taught Master of Science (Laurea Magistrale) program that is designed to enhance students' business education and provide a strong foundation for their career development. Internationalization, innovation, and sustainability are at the heart of the program, both in its approach and in its courses.
By combining academic rigor with exposure to the business world, the curriculum allows students to delve deeply into the most compelling issues facing today's internationalized companies: from intercultural negotiation to international marketing; from sustainability to business process reengineering; from innovation management to international logistics.
Thanks to small class size, IMMO uses a participatory approach to learning, that requires the active involvement of students. Through teamwork, students acquire the ability to work on projects, to manage complex tasks independently, to deal with conflict, and to manage their working time.  The academic curriculum is complemented by an internship, in Italy or abroad.
Exchange at partner universities is strongly encouraged. IMMO has a double degree agreement with the Carinthia University of Applied Sciences, which grants an Austrian degree in International Business Management.
