In the degree course in Business Economics you will acquire the general and specific fundamental knowledge needed to run a Company. The Course pays particular attention to the operational and financial management of every type of Company. During the course, you will study:
  • business economics, with particular attention to the different types of Company;
  • the measurement and control of Company phenomena, with particular reference to management control;
  • the management of human resources, operational aspects and marketing and, more generally, the relations between Companies and markets;
  • operational techniques of financial Companies, with particular reference to financial tools, banking and financial operations, stock exchange operations, and credit techniques.

The course will enable you to acquire specialist skills that are fundamental in finding work in a wide job market including:
  • industrial, commercial and service enterprises in the field of administration and control, marketing, human resources management and production;
  • public Companies, no-profit Companies and public administration in general in the field of administration and control;
  • business consultants' offices and accounting experts' offices, management consultancy in general, control and finance; areas of Company law, tax law and bankruptcy law; management consultancy offices regarding marketing, human resources management, production;
  • offices working in the field of economic and financial analysis.

The course gives you the fundamental skills for working in a Company, and training in the economic and legal field. Particular occupations might be:
  • professional positions in enterprises, banks and public administrations; there are also opportunities for freelance work, particularly as business consultant and accounting expert, managerial consultant and managerial controller, work consultant;
  • working in the banking sector and insurance;
