The course will enable you to acquire:
- a solid basic preparation regarding the functioning and evolution of production and other types of Companies;
- a thorough knowledge of the tools used to process economic information for external and managerial communication on the level of the enterprise and of the group, both nationally and internationally; a thorough knowledge of measuring and control tools in the Company and in the group; a thorough knowledge of methodologies and techniques for the economic evaluation of the Company and its assets;
- a thorough theoretical and applied knowledge of strategic problems and institutional structures and governance of Companies; a thorough theoretical and applied knowledge of organizational problems relating to the individual enterprise and wider systems inside which it operates; a thorough knowledge of marketing and more generally the relations between enterprise and markets and between enterprise systems and markets;
a thorough mastery of the methodologies of Company analysis and diagnosis, to be able to manage operationally the specific Company problems;
- a thorough knowledge of the tools of Company and fiscal law, of bankruptcy law and employment law;
- a good preparation in governing complex processes and in solving complex problems, by integrating knowledge relating to different fields.
The graduate with a Master's in Business Economics will be able to cover key roles in the management of Companies, and to support such roles with a business-economic and legal approach. The course promotes the acquisition of specialized competences that will enable you to find work in a wide job market, including: CEO, CFO, Head of Administration, Control and Finance; Business Consultant and expert in commercial law for public Companies, no-profit Companies and public administration; consultant in Administration, Control and Finance; consultant in Company law, tax law and bankruptcy law; manager or director in economic and financial analysis offices; marketing manager; organization and management of human resources and production; consultant in marketing, organization and management of human resources and production.
