The Bachelor of Science in Event Management program provides students with the theoretical and practical tools to become leaders in the fast-paced and rewarding event industry. Graduates emerge with a broad skill set to successfully manage small to large-scale events from inception to implementation, including fairs, festivals, entertainment and sporting events, meetings and trade shows. Students learn all aspects of event management, including risk management, marketing, finance and logistics. In addition, the curriculum incorporates the newest technologies and emerging trends in the industry. Our students are also required to complete three paid internships in the event industry where they can apply coursework to real-world experiences. Our faculty are experts in their fields and have decades of experience applying the skills they teach in the classroom. Upon graduation, our students are highly qualified to secure exciting positions with leading employers in a variety of industries.
