The Economics study program has been designed with the aim of offering courses that will equip students with the necessary skills to work in various public institutions and private enterprises within the framework of Croatia’s economic development. Through this program, students will acquire specialized education that balances knowledge, skills, and competencies in line with emerging trends in the economy.
This will enable them to successfully master the methodologies of both scientific and professional work, as well as the knowledge and skills required to address complex developmental and operational challenges. In designing the program’s content, special emphasis has been placed on developing logical reasoning skills through an interdisciplinary approach to solving open issues in this field. This is achieved by integrating theoretical foundations with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices, aligned with global guidelines and national requirements in the Republic of Croatia, whose specificities will be particularly emphasized in the analysis and application of theoretical concepts. Upon completion of the undergraduate study program, the student is awarded the academic title of Bachelor of Economics (univ. bacc. oec.).
