Physics is a disciplined way to reach objective conclusions about how nature works. This field requires a balance of strict mechanical process and an amout of careful thought, inspiration, and leaps of intuition. Physics at UNB’s Saint John campus offers first-year courses on the theoretical foundation of physics as well as the experimental proof of critical parts. Non-science majors can choose courses in astronomy or space studies, where they will learn how the human species explores and exploits the cosmos.
