Admission Requirements
- Students applying to the Doctor's degree Program in Geosciences must hold an official master or equivalent degree in Geology/Geosciences or similar.
- Hold a degree in Geology/Geosciences or similar concluded in a higher education school of a foreign country, according with the second cycle of studies defined in the Bologna Process for the countries belonging to the Bologna Agreement.
- Hold a graduation in Geology/Geosciences or similar concluded in a foreign country which has been certified as accomplishing the objectives of a master degree by the scientific and legally responsible committees of UP and UA.
- Applicants who do not meet any of the mentioned conditions but hold a relevant academic, scientific or professional CV recognised by the scientific committees of UP and UA as testifying for fulfilment of conditions to be admitted in the Doctor's degree programme.
- The recognition referred previously (points 2 to 4) is only valid for access to the cycle of studies and does not confer to the holder the equivalence to a master degree or the recognition of that degree.
