Choose this course to gain a dual advantage: robust IT skills and deep cultural insights. You'll benefit from a year abroad, language proficiency, and a major research project, setting you apart in the competitive IT field.


You will acquire critical IT skills, including business analysis, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication, alongside cultural understanding and language proficiency. The course emphasises practical experience, preparing you for real-world challenges.


In your fourth year, you will study in the local language at a university in the country of your language major and complete an honours level research project under the supervision of a relevant UTS academic.


Teaching combines theory with hands-on practice, ensuring you graduate with both strong technical abilities and valuable industry experience. This approach equips you for diverse roles in the global IT sector, ready to navigate multicultural environments effectively.


The course adopts a practice-based approach to IT education and the course content is designed with a mix of theory and practice.
