Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level.

This course is available to students who complete the course requirements of the Bachelor of Medical Science (Pathology), Bachelor of Science (Biomedical Science), Bachelor of Science (Medical Science) or Bachelor of Biomedical Science, and demonstrate exceptional academic achievement. Admission is via course transfer. Prospective students also submit a statement describing their interest in Laboratory Medicine and their aspirations to develop a career in this field.
