- In 1426 AH, the College of Dentistry was one of eight specializations in the College of Applied Sciences.
- In the year 1428 AH, the College of Dentistry was established with its four departments, including the Department of Basic and Clinical Oral Sciences, and work at the college began at that time.
- In the year 1430 AH, studies actually began at the college, and Saudi faculty members were appointed, and professors holding graduate degrees from Arab and international universities with diverse experiences were contracted, which in turn enriches the outcome of the department’s educational, research and medical process.
