1- Keeping up with the general trend at the university to reconsider the number of units required for graduation in theoretical specializations, so that it is preferable for it to be within the range of (130) units whenever possible, to reduce the burden on students and faculty members and to avoid repetition in course contents.
2- Keeping pace with developments in the field of rapid social change, and the resulting changing and renewed societal problems and needs and repercussions on all aspects of social life that require professional intervention based on the best scientific findings in the field of social work.
3- The requirements for periodic follow-up of the academic development of the department’s study program due to the emergence of new literature and modern trends in the field to benefit from them in enhancing the strength of the program.
