Plants: genetics, physiology, breeding, seeds, crop production, and so on. Land and Planting Media: land evaluation, plant fertility and nutrition, fertilization, microbiology, and so on. Environmental Factors: pests, diseases, weeds, agroecosystems/ecology, and so on. Supporting Sciences: biotechnology, entrepreneurship, business ethics, and management. This program aims to improve efficiency in crop production, overcome various problems in the fields of agriculture, food, horticulture, seeds, and plantations.
The Agrotechnology Study Program also equips students with hard skills and soft skills competencies through active and independent learning methods, so that students can:
Identify, analyze, and find solutions to problems. Achieve relevant competencies for the world of work or industry, including becoming entrepreneurs, working in the seed, fertilizer, pesticide, agro-chemicals industry, universities, ministries, central and regional government agencies, and other institutions. The advantages of this program are strengthening student competencies in the field of integrated plant seeds from upstream to downstream, as well as environmentally friendly sustainable agriculture.
Degree Obtained: Graduates will receive a Bachelor of Agriculture (S.P.) degree.

Graduates can pursue careers in various sectors, such as:
Entrepreneurship or Business: plantation commodities, food, horticulture, forestry, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural production facilities, food-based home industry businesses, and others.
Industry: seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, agro-chemicals, food, feed, pharmaceutical, and bioenergy industries.
Plantations: both government and private.
Ministries and Government Agencies: including research and development centers (R&D).
Local Governments (Pemda): provinces and districts, through related technical services.

Study Program Vision To become a superior and competitive study program in the field of Agrotechnology that is ecologically aware and inspired by Islamic values at the national level by 2025.
Study Program Mission To organize education in the field of Agrotechnology in accordance with the development of science and technology to produce graduates who are competent, competitive, and spiritually intelligent. 2. To develop research that is oriented towards the development of Agrotechnology science and technology and the needs of society. 3. To actively involve oneself in solving problems that occur in the agro community. 4. To synergize education, research, and community service activities.
Study Program Competencies 1. To have noble morals and an Islamic personality that is applied in the world of work and community life. 2. Able to apply plant cultivation science that is oriented towards increasing production, efficiency, quality and sustainability based on mastery of basic agronomy, plant breeding, plant protection, soil science and agricultural socio-economics in accordance with the concept of GAP (Good Agricultural Practices). 3. Able to solve agricultural problems that arise in the field and take the initiative to actively think to find solutions to these problems in accordance with the principles of sustainable agriculture by empowering potential and preserving local resources with full wisdom.
