Accountants do not work in isolation, but instead contribute to the business as part of a team. Financial transactions are more sophisticated. Accounting and auditing standards are more numerous and require greater interpretive skills. Technology is altering the way we work, learn and communicate.In about one year’s time, as you prepare for a career in professional accounting and the Uniform Certified Public Accountant Exam, you will complete a program curriculum focused on these changes. Our Christian faculty will work with you, in a small classroom setting, to develop skills in written and oral communication, teamwork, problem solving and critical thinking. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university or comparable non-U.S. university; A cumulative undergraduate approximate B average or above in the area of focus or related area and evidence of an overall productive GPA. Other English Language requirements: TOEFL Paper-based test (PBT): 580; Computer-based test (CBT): 230.
