Our curriculum is designed to equip students with analytical and problem-solving skills essential for medical research, clinical diagnostics and healthcare innovations. The students will be guided by expert lecturers and industry professionals, engaging in collaborative group projects, discussion and scientific presentations to enhance critical thinking and teamwork abilities.
To further enhance the students’ employability and industry readiness, the students will undertake an industrial placement at the end of the program, gaining valuable real-world experience in hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, research centers or biomedical companies. Additionally, the students may opt for the mobility programme, which offers international exposure and enriches the students’ understanding of global biomedical practices, adding value to the knowledge and professional development.
With accreditation from the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) and the Institute of Biomedical Science (IBMS, UK), this degree opens pathways to global career opportunities and professional certifications in healthcare, research, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology.
