The Master Program in European Studies is part of the general field of study - 031 Social and Behavioral Sciences and the field of vocational training - 0312 Political Sciences. It represents a professional Master Degree, developed in Romanian, Russian and English languages, fundamental to advance knowledge on regional studies for the specialty of International Relations. The Program is focused on training specialists in the basis of multidisciplinary, theoretical and praxiological approach to the socio-political system of EU, research of the European integration process development, European policies regarding EU Member States and neighbors.
The program mission resides in providing theoretical, methodological and applicative training, according to contemporary standards, in the context of European orientation and gradual integration of the Republic of Moldova in European community, by enhancing knowledge and research competencies to analyze the European integration process and its historic, economic, political, judicial, social and cultural aspects, including the Republic of Moldova and European Union multilateral cooperation. Elaborated in compliance with requirements of the Bologna process, the Master Program in European Studies offers an interdisciplinary training framework in terms of comparative research.
