The Master's degree program is designed to train professional trainers who will work with adults in the public and/or private sector, focusing on the development of lifelong learning skills and competencies in line with adults' career-specific professionalization needs. The program aims to provide the set of psycho-pedagogical competencies necessary for working with adults and to acquire the qualification of an adult trainer.
The qualification obtained through the Master’s program in Trainer Training is based on acquiring knowledge and skills in psychology, pedagogy, management, and other fields related to the educational process, with a focus on advanced theories of educational paradigms, the specific characteristics of adult education, advanced methodologies for education and training, techniques for assessing individual and behavioral particularities, etc.
