The purpose of the master's program "Work and Organizational Psychology" is to transmit fundamental theoretical knowledge in the field of organizational psychology and to develop practical skills necessary for solving psychological problems that the organization and employees face at work (motivation, performance, organizational change, personnel selection and development, workplace relations, employee well-being, etc.). In this regard, the courses included in this program will provide master's students with theoretical and applied foundations for successful insertion in the specific professional field of various institutions and organizations. Thus, within the courses and seminars, relevant theories and case studies will be discussed in order to understand how an organization functions from a psychological point of view, and within the internship, master's students will carry out research, training, intervention and consultancy activities in a concrete organization. The program also provides for the development of theoretical knowledge and research skills necessary to successfully follow a doctoral study program.
