Step 1: Online Pre-registration Applicants must access the web application admision.usfx.bo and complete the Pre-registration Form. The following information is required:

  • Personal data
  • Identification data of the Educational Institution.

Step 2: Bank Deposit Applicants must make a bank deposit to the University's BANCO UNION account number 1-33340493.

  • TUITION FEE:
    • DOMESTIC APPLICANTS: Bs. 320.00 (46,60 USD) (Includes access to the University Guide)
    • INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS: Bs. 1573.00 (229,00 USD) (Includes access to the University Guide)

Step 3: Registration Confirmation Applicants must return to the web application admision.usfx.bo and register the completed bank deposit. Once registered, they can view and print their enrollment.

ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS ADMITTED IN THE PRE-UNIVERSITY COURSE, TOP GRADUATES, ATHLETIC MERIT, SCIENCE OLYMPIADS, AND ADMISSION EXAM FOR THE 2024 ACADEMIC YEAR

This procedure applies to new students admitted to the San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca in various admission modalities for the 2024 academic year.

STEP 1: Digital Document Submission The admitted applicant must access the web application admision.usfx.bo and upload the following digital documents:

  • High school diploma legalized by SEDUCA or authenticated by the USFX Cashier's Section (front and back).
  • Sixth-grade secondary school report card (or graduation certificate from the last year indicating the name of the educational institution).
  • Identity card (front and back).
  • A passport-sized photo with a white background.
  • Sixth-grade secondary school report card legalized by the District Education Directorate and Departmental Education Directorate (if the high school diploma is not available). Please include your full name, current cell phone number, and the program to which you were admitted.

After submitting your application documents:

  1. University ID Assignment: The university will verify your documents and assign you a temporary or permanent University ID number.
  2. ID Number Verification: Check the admision.usfx.bo website to view your assigned ID number.
  3. Tuition Fee Generation: Access univesitarios.usfx.bo, select "ENROLL," and generate your tuition fee amount.
  4. Bank Deposit: Make a deposit to Banco Unión account No. 1-33340493 (Account Holder UMSFX – REC. PROPIOS – MATRICULAS UNIVERSITARIAS). You can also use the generated QR code on univesitarios.usfx.bo.
  5. Enrollment Completion: Go back to univesitarios.usfx.bo, select "ENROLL," and complete the form:
    • For bank deposits, enter the deposit number to confirm details.
    • If using the QR code, use it within 24 hours to avoid delays.
