ENROLLMENT AND REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR NEW STUDENTS ADMITTED IN THE PRE-UNIVERSITY COURSE, TOP GRADUATES, ATHLETIC MERIT, SCIENCE OLYMPIADS, AND ADMISSION EXAM FOR THE 2024 ACADEMIC YEAR
This procedure applies to new students admitted to the San Francisco Xavier University of Chuquisaca in various admission modalities for the 2024 academic year.
STEP 1: Digital Document Submission
The admitted applicant must access the web application admision. usfx. bo and upload the following digital documents:
High school diploma legalized by SEDUCA or authenticated by the USFX Cashier's Section (front and back).
Sixth-grade secondary school report card (or graduation certificate from the last year indicating the name of the educational institution).
Identity card (front and back).
A passport-sized photo with a white background.
Sixth-grade secondary school report card legalized by the District Education Directorate and Departmental Education Directorate (if the high school diploma is not available).
Please include your full name, current cell phone number, and the program to which you were admitted.
STEP 2: University ID Assignment
Academic Services, after verifying and validating the digitized documentation sent by the student, will generate a university ID number (VALID OR PROVISIONAL).
STEP 3: ID Number Verification
The student must access the web application admision. usfx. bo and view the assigned University ID number.
STEP 4: Tuition Fee Generation
The student must access the web page univesitarios. usfx. bo, look for the "ENROLL" option in the left-hand menu, and generate the amount to be deposited or transferred to the University's account for tuition.
STEP 5: Bank Deposit
The student must make a deposit to the University's account, BANCO UNIÓN ACCOUNT No 1-33340493, Account Holder UMSFX – REC. PROPIOS – MATRICULAS UNIVERSITARIAS; they can also make the deposit using the generated QR code by accessing the web application univesitarios. usfx. bo.
STEP 6: Enrollment Completion
The student must access the web application univesitarios. usfx. bo, select the "ENROLL" option, and fill in the following fields:
In the case of a bank deposit, they must enter the Bank Deposit number, and the deposit details will be displayed for subsequent enrollment. If the deposit number is not found, verify that the number is correctly written or wait for the bank data to be updated, which may take up to 4 hours in some cases.
If the QR code was generated to make the deposit, it is recommended to use it within the first 24 hours to avoid delays in enabling and printing the enrollment.
