Gastronomy Technical Superior

The Gastronomy Technical Superior program is designed to produce highly skilled professionals in the art and science of culinary arts. Through a blend of practical and theoretical learning, graduates will be well-equipped to excel in the dynamic food industry. Our curriculum provides a solid foundation in culinary techniques, food service management, and national and international culinary cultures.

Program Objectives Our primary goal is to train skilled gastronomy technicians capable of planning, organizing, and executing high-quality culinary processes. Graduates will be equipped to innovate, manage, and lead gastronomic projects that meet market demands while respecting the cultural and culinary traditions of Sucre and Bolivia.

Curriculum Our three-year program offers a comprehensive curriculum that balances theory with practical experience. Students begin with fundamental culinary skills such as cutting, cooking, and food handling.
