The Master's program in Mathematics and Applications offers several tracks in mathematics or mathematics and computer science leading to research, teaching, or business.

The Master 1 MFA (Fundamental and Applied Mathematics) offers a wide range of courses and is the entry point for the Masters 2 Fundamental Mathematics; Mathematical Logic and Foundations of Computer Science; General Mathematics; Random Modeling.

The M2 Fundamental Mathematics course is offered jointly with Sorbonne Paris Nord and Sorbonne University. It prepares students for a doctorate in fundamental mathematics.

Through an introduction to research in logic, the M2 Mathematical Logic and Foundations of Computer Science  trains researchers* or engineers who master the logical tools used in both mathematics and computer science.

The M2 General Mathematics prepares her for the external competitive examinations for mathematics teachers.

The M2 in Random Modeling (MO) trains students in stochastic and statistical methods and their applications in promising fields. Students choose between a specialization in quantitative finance , with a particular emphasis on statistics and risk management, or training in data science. The program provides an introduction to fundamental research for doctoral studies and also opens doors to senior management positions in various sectors (financial industry, large corporations).

The Mathematics, Computer Science, and Cryptography Applications (MIAC and MIC double degree) programs train professionals in cryptography and cybersecurity. In addition to theoretical knowledge, they offer specialized courses such as the study of the security of current communication protocols (e.g., GSM, Internet). Graduates are able to understand research-level articles in the field of information security and to propose and implement practical solutions in their chosen area. Half of them pursue doctoral studies, often under CIFRE agreements.

The Statistical and Computer Engineering for Finance, Insurance, and Risk (ISIFAR) program trains professionals with the profile of statistical-probabilistic engineers and computer scientists specializing in the application of statistics and/or computer science to actuarial, financial, or risk management problems. This profile is particularly sought after by banks, insurance companies, economic organizations, financial institutions, and IT service companies.

The Mathematics Computer Science Data Science (MISD and MISD double degree) courses train students in statistics, machine learning, optimization, databases, artificial intelligence… They become data scientists, data engineers or data architects in companies, laboratories or in an administration.
