Bachelor of Commerce (Major: Advertising)

Advertising has changed vastly over the past few years with the advent of social media and many new digital channels. At the same time advertising has become more fully integrated into the day-to-day activities of many companies. This degree program has been created to produce job-ready graduate who possess general business skills and an expertise in modern advertising techniques. This program covers a wide range business topics alongside those which focus on advertising. Courses include accounting, economics, media planning and advertising design. Graduates are equipped for a number of different roles – they are also eligible to join professional organisations such as the International Advertising Association and Australian Marketing Institute.
