With its emphasis on communication skills and ethics, our Human Resource Management Major is designed to help students identify workforce problems and issues, and learn strategies to create a more efficient, adaptable and productive organisation. All students begin the program by completing eight foundation Courses. These cover topics such as Accounting, Business Law, Marketing and Business Communication – the building blocks of all Bachelor of Commerce programs. You will then study more HR-focused courses like Change Management, Organisational Behaviour, Employment Law and Strategic Workforce Issues. Depending on your choice of electives you can complete a double Major within the School of Business or combine with a program in the Schools of Arts & Sciences, Law or Education.
