Bachelor of Human Resource Management / Bachelor of Arts

Our degree program covers all the subjects that are pertinent to human resource management, including Employment Law, Change Management and Human Resource Development. In addition, you will study foundation business courses including Economics, Finance, Business Information Technology and the Principles of Marketing, which will give you knowledge and understanding of how businesses function. By combining human resource management with an Arts degree, you will develop your ability to analyse, interpret, deliberate, draw conclusions, communicate, work as a team member and problem-solve. You will be able to consider multiple perspectives and handle ambiguity and uncertainty.
