You’ll develop an art practice, develop your artistic voice, and explore materials and contexts through a combination of tutorials, workshops, seminars, lectures, exhibitions, live projects, and self-led enquiry.

You’ll expand your knowledge in the field of art and reflect and contribute to the ways in which art can shape and question society through a curriculum that combines practice and theory. A carefully curated programme of visiting artists, curators and writers enables you to place your ideas into context.

Example modules – Introducing Studio Practice – Professional Skills – Critical Issues in Fine Art: Research and Practice

Graduates are well-positioned to work as independent artists, curators, writers and beyond. Some are instrumental in setting up, and contributing to, new creative, cultural, and educational spaces.

Others progress to postgraduate study and research or go on to teach and provide technical support to others, including individual artists, galleries and museums, schools, and universities.
