1. 30 years at ESET

The Escuela Superior de Enseñanzas Técnicas has been training graphic designers in a unique environment for more than 30 years. We have the best facilities with the appropriate endowments for the needs of the master's degree.

In addition to the digital media, the 3D workshop and the common areas, unique on the Campus, our classrooms are dynamic. Advancing in the traditional model, we propose a new format, closer and focused on participation and teamwork.

2. The best teachers

Since its inception, ESET has made a firm commitment to incorporating active professionals into training, recognized specialists in the subjects they teach. That they were not only capable of transmitting all their knowledge, but also that they could propose totally current projects, challenges that students often face in the same real conditions of time and demands.

We have professionals of recognized prestige such as Xavi Calvo and Raúl Climent from Menta, Pablo Mestre, Modesto Granados, Vicente Marzal from Estudio Rooom, Rosalia Sebastián from Odosdesign or Pedro González from Estudiopg, among others.

On the other hand, the students carry out various workshops in Valencia, Madrid and Barcelona with the help of experts such as Víctor Palau and Ana Gea from Gráffica, Ana Illueca, Jorge Timoteo from Pixelarte, Boke Bazán from Nociones Unidas, Pablo Rubio from Erretres or Tilman Solé. of much.

Without forgetting the core subjects taught by true pillars of the design community such as Xavier Giner, Teresa Ferrer, Manolo Martínez, Manolo Millán, Daniel Matoses from Impresum or Ignacio Cernicharro .

3. Differentiation of the approach in training

The master is structured in 3 phases:

  • In the first phase, students acquire and reinforce the core aspects of our profession, composition, color, scale, typography, photography or computer tools.
  • In a second phase, they are put to the test with 100% practical subjects, executing more complex art direction or corporate identity projects.
  • In the third phase, the objective is to continue advancing and perfecting their skills in editorial, multimedia, applied graphics or packaging projects. They also acquire technical knowledge of printing or business strategy of great future value.

4. Practices

The master's includes simultaneous professional internships and the preparation and development of the Final Master's Project (TFM)

5. Valencia, capital of design

Valencia has been chosen World Design Capital for the year 2022 by the World Design Organization (WDO)™. Hundreds of conferences, workshops and industry meetings have made us the new decision-making center for world design, and a veritable incubator for the most experimental design.

From the beginning, at the Escuela Superior de Enseñanzas Técnicas we have joined the project with an active role in its development. Because we have been pioneers, for 30 years, in university training in Design. Because we do not believe in the teachings of the past, but rather in training 360º designers: people who know how to design, produce, communicate and who have values. Because that's how we build design culture day by day.
