One of the greatest demands for legal professionals is currently coming from the international area.
This Master in National, European and International Commercial Law combines the teaching experience of the University Institute of European Studies of the CEU San Pablo University with that of large professional firms.
This Master in International Business Law covers all the new areas of legal-business advice of particular demand and future development, not only from a national perspective, but also taking into account its international context. You will obtain a deep knowledge of the national and international legal aspects involved in transnational operations and you will learn to function comfortably with international clients and in foreign countries.
You can choose between attending face-to-face classes or viewing them in streaming from your home. This is achieved thanks to the innovative Hyflex system that we have installed in our classrooms. You can attend class from wherever you are.

Admission Requirements
It is essential to have a Bachelor's or Bachelor's degree in Law, a medium or higher level of English (minimum B2) and to pass the admission process.
A personal interview must be held with the direction or coordination of the Master in which the previous knowledge and the vocation of the applicant will be valued; and an English level test. In addition, the qualifications obtained in previous studies and the Curriculum Vitae will be taken into account, in accordance with the following criteria and weights:
- Academic record of the studies that enable access to the Master (40%)
- Curriculum Vitae del Solicitante (30%)
- Reasoned letter of the reasons and interests of the applicant to take the Master (30%)
