Law 34/2006, of October 30, regulating access to the profession of court solicitor, introduced in our legal system the requirement for professional training in addition to university training prior to enrollment in the corresponding professional association.
This additional training will consist of taking an entrance exam (qualification exam), after passing 60 ECTS credits from training courses accredited by the Ministry of Justice and 30 ECTS credits from supervised internships.
With a view to adapting to the new regulatory framework for law education and preparation for the practice of the legal profession, the Universitat Abat Oliba CEU offers this additional training required by law as a professionalizing master's degree, integrating within theoretical teaching both the subjects directly related to the exercise of the profession and the transversal subjects of special importance (such as ethics, negotiation and training in the values of equality and respect for human rights).
