Goals:


  1. Preparing highly qualified scientific competencies in the field of comparative jurisprudence and its sciences to be able to analyze, deduce and innovate in order to contribute to development and construction.

The benefit to the Islamic world is to qualify a generation of its sons who are specialists in jurisprudence, so that they may be a reference in this science in their societies, both in research and science, through the jurisprudence of disagreement and methods of analysis and jurisprudential deduction.

Admission Requirements

  1. The admission requirements for the program are the general admission requirements for postgraduate studies stipulated in Articles (15-21) of the Unified Regulations for Postgraduate Studies in Saudi Universities, and its executive rules and organizational procedures approved at the Islamic University, in addition to the special conditions set by the department.
  2. Passing the coursework and completing the thesis.
  3. Passing supplementary courses if the department decides that the student must study them.
  4. The student must pass the comprehensive examination for the PhD stage.
  5. Any other conditions deemed necessary by the department.
