Preparing qualified scientific personnel, legally and systematically competent in judicial studies and their developments, capable of competing locally and globally, and raising the quality of scientific research.

Qualifying distinguished personnel to assume judicial positions, and raising the efficiency of judges.
Preparing specialized scientific competencies in the field of law and Sharia consultations.

Admission Requirements

The admission requirements for the program are the general admission requirements for postgraduate studies stipulated in Articles (15-21) of the Unified Regulations for Postgraduate Studies in Saudi Universities, and its executive rules and organizational procedures approved at the Islamic University, in addition to the special conditions set by the department.
Passing the coursework and completing the thesis.
Passing supplementary courses if the department decides that the student must study them.
Any other conditions deemed necessary by the department
