Reasons for creating the program:
1. To enhance the scientific aspect of contemporary developments in the field of interpretation and Qur’anic sciences, and to strengthen students in them to deal with them and handle them well.
2. Meeting local and global community needs for highly qualified specialists in the field of interpretation and Qur’anic sciences, such as economic, social and cultural needs.
3. To provide the global community with qualified specialists to cover the shortage in many countries of the world in order to spread specialized Sharia knowledge and to address contemporary doubts and challenges to the Holy Qur’an.
4. Activating specialized knowledge in other sciences and creating bridges of communication between them in a purposeful scientific and cognitive language.
5. Providing specialists to the local and global community who are proficient in the modern language of science, thereby enhancing the link between heritage and modernity with a new and sophisticated approach.

- To be a Saudi, or on an official scholarship for postgraduate studies if non-Saudi.
- Obtaining a university degree from a Saudi university or another recognized university
- To have obtained the certificate through full-time study.
- He obtained at least a very good grade in the master's program
