Programme Aims, Learning Outcomes and Characteristics

This is a unique programme that integrates elements of environmental engineering, environmental science, sustainable development, and carbon neutrality technologies and management. Graduates are equipped to develop practical solutions to environmental challenges, including water and waste management, air quality management, noise control, renewable energy, corporate sustainability strategies, circular economy practices, and sustainable urban development. They are also equipped to contribute to the formulation of policies that will lead to sustainable development.

 


All admitted students embark on a Common Year One curriculum. After their first year of study, students can decide whether to continue with their initial choice or switch to another choice within the Faculty. Those who wish to switch can choose their preferred departmental scheme/programme through a ranking assessment.
