Our LLM International Trade Law equips you with specialist legal acumen and commercial insight to excel on a global level. You'll study the World Trade Organization (WTO) rules, transnational sale of goods, shipping law, and international commercial contracts - including key agreement terms and payment structures. - Explore the theory behind modern international commerce law, including contemporary global commercial customs and practices (lex mercatoria)
- Apply shipping law expertise to Bills of Lading, Charterparties, and international transport regulations
