Hold at least a second class honours degree in the cognate subjects of Law or Construction
Hold at least a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject and demonstrate an aptitude for the subject applied for in the supporting information
Hold an equivalent professional qualification (i.e., chartered status with RICS, CIOB, ICE)
Have equivalent work experience, for example, a HND in an appropriate discipline together with construction experience at managerial level.
