  • Hold at least a second class honours degree in the cognate subjects of Law or Construction
  • Hold at least a second class honours degree in a non-cognate subject and demonstrate an aptitude for the subject applied for in the supporting information
  • Hold an equivalent professional qualification (i.e., chartered status with RICS, CIOB, ICE)
  • Have equivalent work experience, for example, a HND in an appropriate discipline together with construction experience at managerial level.
