Responding to the evolving demands of the industry and the transformative impact of new technologies on the construction field, the programme combines fundamental principles of construction technology with modern practices in project management, financial analysis and time planning. In particular, it provides a comprehensive approach to management, decision-making and the techno-economic evaluation of construction projects, with an emphasis on sustainability and resource optimisation.

Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students develop expertise in managing all stakeholders involved in the construction sector – from clients and contractors to designers and suppliers.

Special emphasis is placed on the use of advanced digital tools, such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Reality (VR), highlighting their role in budget management, financial viability and the optimisation of construction processes. During the programme, students are trained in the practical application of these technologies, utilising them to support analysis and strategic decision-making in the techno-economic assessment of construction projects.
