The Master's in Financial Law Institutions aims to update and deepen theoretical-practical knowledge of participants in matters of Financial Law considering needs, demands, and new trends in the public and private sectors. Also, it intends to educate so that professional practice in Financial Law is ethical either from consultancy, litigation or from civil service to supervising bodies that regulate, monitor, and inspect the operation and other activities of financial institutions and courts in charge of the administration of justice.

Law graduates whose practice is in the field of Financial or Commercial law, either advising, consulting, litigation, or in the public service in the supervisory bodies that regulate, monitor, and inspect the functioning, operation, and other activities of financial institutions, in the courts responsible for the administration of justice in this matter, as well as in academia, research or teaching.
