The objective of the Master’s in Human Capital Management is to turn Human Resources into a strategic business partner, channeling staff talent and making it profitable for the company.


The ideal candidate will be:
  • Interested in acquiring the skills necessary to diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate different Human Capital management systems of the company in line with the strategic plans and organizational development.
  • Able to create strategies based on the development of Human Capital, in order to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Interested in developing at national and international companies in the areas of planning the human factor, salaries, and benefits, performance evaluation, total quality and organizational development, among others, or in agencies of Competency Certification.
  • Able to create and implement programs related to Human Capital development in business.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in any field, with work experience in Human Capital Management or related fields, as well as independent consultants who want to update their knowledge.
  • Have knowledge of Computers, Administration, Consulting, Total Quality, Education, and Research.
  • Be responsible, creative, innovative, empathic, and with initiative
