Specialist Program in Civil Law
Students will analyze fundamental concepts of Civil Law, their nature, and legal effects. They will delve into concepts of family law, property rights, and inheritance as well as the classification of obligations and contracts and explain their progress and current problems.
The knowledge acquired in any of our programs ensures our graduates are trained to the highest degree of specialization in order to interact with competence in their area of expertise. This postgraduate course allows graduates to understand the problems and challenges of civil law, and define innovative procedural strategies based on a competitive and ethical practice of the profession.
