The Faculty of Philosophy of the Universidad Panamericana is an institution that has more than 40 years of forging philosophers committed to the search for truth and with a high sense of responsibility for the needs of their environment. Teaching and research are the two pillars on which the Faculty of Philosophy reaffirms its commitment to the generation of philosophical content and to the humanistic transformation of our society. For these purposes, the curricula have been designed for students to thoroughly review the most important philosophical traditions in the history of thought and the great works of classical authors. From this journey, it is expected that upon completion of their studies, students will have a complete vision of the main philosophical problems and their ways of solving them. The reading of direct sources, the knowledge of classical languages and the possibility of choosing between different optional subjects allow the student to configure a degree that provides the basic knowledge typical of a graduate in philosophy and, at the same time, delve into those topics that are brought closer to your intellectual interests and the areas of knowledge to which you want to project your philosophical training in the future.
