It trains Bachelors in Automotive Design Engineering with an ethical and humanistic approach, leaders in the areas of design and production of parts, mechanical, electrical, electronic components and automotive products, through the application of analysis techniques in the use of state-of-the-art technology and the use of design and manufacturing computer programs, as well as evaluation and project management procedures, physical and material testing, to diagnose, optimize, build and implement solutions to problems inherent to the field of manufacturing and automation of automotive mechanics, all with quality and respect for the environment.

- Apply CATIA Software, Working Model 2D, SolidWorks, Edgecam, LabVIEW, for automotive design.
- Employ automotive design methodologies for the development and innovation of automotive systems and components.
- Evaluate the life cycle of all automotive components including: design, engineering, validation, manufacturing, recycling and/or disposal.
- Use tools for electronic part programming and physical infrastructure laboratories for the design, analysis, integration and validation of automotive systems and components.
- Make innovations in automotive systems and components based on virtual modeling, computer-aided engineering and experimental analysis.
- Evaluate technical and customer requirements to take into account the product lifecycle from concept generation to disposal and recycling.
- Create companies focused on service, manufacturing or technical consulting related to the automotive industry.
