The main professional profiles trained, in line with the guidelines expressed by the DG "Enterprise and Industry" and the recent labor policy guidelines of the European Commission, are:
- Managers of Italian or foreign innovation-oriented companies
- Entrepreneurs capable of developing start-ups in innovative and emerging sectors
- Employees/consultants of national and international companies or institutions endowed with creativity and flexibility (so-called entrepreneurial employees), bearers of "intrapreneurship," i.e., capable of making a creative, original and "entrepreneurial" contribution to the entities for which they work.
The educational offerings are organized as follows: in the first year there are compulsory core courses in Economics for Business, Business Law, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Accounting and Banking for SMEs, and Soft Skills plus a set of elective exams aimed at deepening, according to different perspectives, the topic of entrepreneurship and understanding the business and work environment. In the second year there are compulsory courses in Applied Statistics and Marketing and Business Cases, plus another set of specialized elective exams that allow the student to delve deeper into the topics of his or her interest. Completing the academic path is the compulsory curricular internship, which is worth 12 ECTS and can also be carried out at foreign companies or institutions, thanks to which the student has the opportunity to experience in the field and apply the skills acquired, and finally the dissertation also written in English, under the supervision of a Professor of the Program, on a topic chosen within the subjects of the Program. The thesis is worth 15 ECTS and can also be done abroad.

Admission Requirements
All applicants must hold a first cycle University degree (e.g. a Bachelor of Art, corresponding to the Italian "Laurea Triennale"). A B2 level of English is required.
APPLICANTS WITH AN ITALIAN FIRST CYCLE DEGREE (LAUREA TRIENNALE)
Students with a first cycle degree in economics or business administration (classi L-33, L-18) are automatically admitted. The admission for students with degrees in other disciplines is assessed based on the university transcript and the final grade.
APPLICANTS WITH A FOREIGN FIRST CYCLE DEGREE (BACHELOR)
Students are selected by their academic record, motivation letter, cv, and English proficiency. Selection criteria are tailored to the country in which students received their Bachelor’s degree.
For applicants from all countries, only those who have graduated within the past five years are eligible. Some additional minimum requirements apply according to the countries.
