The single-cycle Master's Degree Course in Law is structured over five years, during which students acquire a solid preparation, both in the historical-philosophical field and in the field of positive law, which, together with the knowledge obtained in the institutional, economic, comparative, European and international fields, ensures a high level of legal training, suitable for dealing with the fundamental problems of the legal system in its main articulations and interrelationships.
Graduates of the Course of Study can aspire to functions characterized by a high rate of responsibility in the most diverse sectors such as political and institutional activity, of the P.A., private companies, trade unions, international and European institutions, in which the jurist's skills of examination, evaluation, forecasting and decision-making prove to be essential if also linked to specialized knowledge.
The Master's Degree in Law allows access to the professional figure of legal expert in companies and public bodies as well as, in compliance with the current rules on professional internship or after passing the relevant qualification or competitions, to the professions of Lawyer, Magistrate, Notary Public.
Since 2017, by virtue of the agreement with the University of Jaen (Spain), a joint-title master's degree program has been established that allows enrollees from both universities to obtain the Italian and Spanish double degree.
Since 2022, by virtue of the agreement with Wisdom University (Albania), a joint-title master's degree program has been established that enables enrollees from both universities to obtain the double degree.

Admission Requirements

Possession of an upper secondary school diploma or other equivalent qualification obtained abroad is required for enrollment in the degree program.
There is an entrance test aimed at verifying the understanding of legal texts, appropriate to the average preparation of a student in possession of a high school diploma.
