The Bachelor's Degree in Motor Sciences (L-22) is an academic program managed through a selective admission process (limited enrollment), ensuring optimal participation in classes and effective utilization of the sports facilities provided for students.
**Curriculum**
During the first year, the program focuses on acquiring fundamental anatomical and biochemical knowledge to understand the functioning of the human body in motion. Simultaneously, attention will be given to social, psychological, and pedagogical aspects that motivate an interest in the body, sports, and motor activities.
The second year of the course completes the foundational preparation through the study of human physiology. Additionally, special attention is dedicated to the connections between motor activity and health, with a specific focus on aspects of motor and sports activity, individual development across different life stages, and reflection on the methods of teaching motor and sports activities.
The activities of the third year are oriented towards an in-depth understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of training, functional and nutritional assessment of athletes, environmental quality and safety of sports facilities, as well as orthopedics and sports traumatology. Furthermore, the course covers the legislative and economic foundations underlying the functioning of sports organizations.
Throughout the three-year journey, students will have the opportunity to choose from various theoretical training activities for in-depth study and practical courses in diverse sports disciplines. The program also includes internship periods at the University's laboratories and sports facilities or affiliated structures, providing valuable practical experience for their education.

Admission Requirements
Access to the Degree Program Admission to the degree program requires knowledge at the level of secondary school in chemistry, biology, and physics, as well as knowledge of current affairs, general culture, and sports, and logical reasoning skills. It is expected that students entering the degree program have positive motivations and attitudes toward motor and sports activities.
These knowledge areas will be assessed in the selective entrance examination required for enrollment, which may consist of written tests and/or an oral interview.
Language Requirements For admission to the degree program, knowledge of the Italian language is required (for foreign students, a B level of proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages of the Council of Europe is required).
