The three-year course of study in 'Legal Services for Labor, Public Administration, Sports and the Third Sector' was established in 2009. The original name was Legal Operator for Complex Organizations. The CdS is divided into four curricula: 'Legal Services for Sports Companies' 'Legal Services for Public Administration', 'Legal Consultant for Work and the Third Sector', 'Legal Expert for Tourism Sciences' The educational objective of the course is the preparation of graduates with secure command of the main knowledge pertaining to the legal-economic area. The CdS prepares an accurate Orientation activity, in entrance, in itinere and in exit, in order to ensure a conscious choice of the enrolled, a path as linear as possible and consistent with the training objectives, an effective accompaniment to work. For this same purpose, training internships (for a total of 200 hours) and a first-level Master's course are planned. International student mobility for study purposes is also encouraged thanks to the financial and organizational support made available by the University. The plan of educational activities consists of teaching modules, divided into basic, characterizing, related and supplementary activities. The four curricula provide specific preparation in relation to different professional fields.

Admission Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification obtained abroad is required for admission to the degree program. Also required is the possession of notions of general culture, basic knowledge of history with special reference to the legal phenomenon, basic knowledge of civic education with special reference to constitutional principles. The adequacy of such knowledge will be verified through the non-selective entrance test (Art. 6 Ministerial Decree 270/2004) that all matriculated students must take at the beginning of the academic year. The specification of the knowledge required and the specification of the methods of verification are indicated in the Didactic Regulations of the course of study, where also the additional educational obligations provided for in case the verification is not positive are indicated.
