The master's degree program in Management Engineering at the University of Cassino and Lazio Meridionale aims to train professionals with technical and economic knowledge and organizational and managerial skills. These skills are needed to design and manage organizations, plan and improve processes, manage projects and plan the strategies necessary to improve the performance of organizations.
We aim to:
- create a professional figure capable of defining, managing and controlling the processes that constitute the tangible and intangible wealth of an enterprise and manage not only the characteristics of the product and service, but also and above all the set of rules and processes of implementation;
- train engineers who are needed by both large-sized and medium and small enterprises, being experts in managing organizational and production processes.
The course of study has been implementing initiatives to improve student teaching support and CCS/student interaction for a number of years:
- all courses are available through Google Classroom, a platform dedicated to teacher/student communication and sharing of learning materials;
- a Google Classroom page explicitly dedicated to all CCS members to share information about internships, course schedules, how to fill out PAFs, job opportunities, seminars, mobility opportunities abroad, and procedures for graduation grades
- an anonymous form for collecting feedback and suggestions
- Facebook (gestionale.unicas) and Instagram pages (gestionale.unicas) to improve communication with stakeholders and students;- a LinkedIn group of management engineering graduates;- a WhatsApp group and a Telegram channel of graduates and female graduates, 'The Journal of the Management Engineer,' where job offers from the area are shared in real time

Admission Requirements
Possession of the curricular requirements is considered automatically verified with the possession of a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (L-09). Alternatively, the student must have acquired prior to enrollment a minimum number of CFUs in the basic disciplinary-scientific fields of the bachelor's degree of continuity and characterizing fields of the master's degree equal to 36 and 36, respectively.
